1 Acceptance of Terms

- You have not been previously removed or banned from Erosica.

3 Account Creation & Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4 Community Rules & Code of Conduct
Erosica promotes a safe and welcoming space. When interacting with other members, you agree NOT to:
Bullying, hate speech, threats, or abusive messages are strictly prohibited.
Asking for money, financial transfers, commercial spam, or selling goods.
Impersonating another person or creating deceptive accounts.
Uploading explicit pornography or non-consensual images.
5 Account Termination & Moderation
Erosica reserves the right to investigate and terminate your account without refund if you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or behaved in a way that Erosica regards as inappropriate or unlawful.
6 Limitation of Liability
Erosica provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to verify members and enforce safety, we cannot guarantee member behavior outside our platform.
